Originally from Long Island, NY. Perry Alan has lived his life in many beautiful places including Santa Barbara, Bel Air and Marina Delray California, Miami Beach, and overseas between Copenhagen and Amsterdam for five years to name a few.
Beginning his professional life on Wall Street, Perry Alan worked his way up to Vice-President of Trading at Shearson Lehman Brothers where he honed his skills in negotiation and the ability to anticipate the next step to success in any transaction before transitioning into a career in the entertainment industry.
Later on working as the Miami Beach agency director in the fast-paced world of the modeling and talent industry soon evolved into working in TV, film and production services, where he had his own company and has been recognized with awarded work as a top producer developing and producing more than 600 productions across the US, Caribbean, Scandinavia and Europe.
Throughout his professional life, Perry Alan has always enjoyed challenging himself with new business ventures that allow him to negotiate for others while constantly expanding his horizon and surrounding himself in beautiful places alongside professional people.
Since 2015, Perry Alan came back to Florida after living abroad to be close to family members and then transitioned to become a Florida Estate agent, serving his clients for Investments in both residential country clubs and luxury condos and waterfront homes as well as commercial real estate’ specializing in hotels and marinas.
Perry Alan’s sales in real estate since then are well over $52 million dollars and he never looks back.
Perry Alan’s passion for negotiating deals for his clients never ends.
He’s recently expanded his services for his clients, prospects and friends by becoming a licensed Florida Yacht / Boat Broker.
Out the door, Perry Alan recently assisted one of his real estate client to finalize the sale of a 93 foot, 2017 Johnson Flybridge Boat for the price of $4 million dollars.
He’s presently living in the Ft Lauderdale area, where you’ll find him enjoying time on his boat, and spending time with his clients and prospects at the local marinas or waterfront restaurants.
